SAT Updates

Notre Dame has secured Wednesday, October 13, 2021 as an on-campus SAT testing day. On October 13th, the PSAT will also be available to all Notre Dame 9th and 10th graders and the SAT will be available to all 11th and 12th graders (11th graders will have the option to take the PSAT if they feel they are not ready for the SAT). This is great because ND can ensure that our students have access to the SAT on our campus in the comfort of the classrooms they know. 

*Important Update: Registration is now open for the 2021-2022 SAT test administrations. It is recommended that you register early if you plan to take one of these offerings as there are fewer test sites and the testing dates are anticipated to fill quickly. ND will NOT be a testing site for any of these open test administrations for the 2021-2022 school year. (The 2021-2022 test dates include August 28th, October 2nd, November 6th, December 4th, March 12th, May 7th and June 4th.)

More information will be communicated regarding the on campus October 13th testing day as it becomes available. If you choose to register for another testing day, plan accordingly, around this on campus test offering. 

Important note, most universities will only accept SAT and ACT scores through December of a student's senior year (a few private universities will accept later testings). Not all universities are requiring the SAT or ACT still due to the pandemic. However, all will accept scores still. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
