The Enrollment Fee cover items, such as, Student ID, Master Liability Insurance, Postage, Diocesan Per Capita Assessment, Student Accident Insurance, Student Safety Program, Initial Student Scheduling, Locker Fees, Earthquake Supplies, Instructional Expenses, and other student related cots that may arise during the year. This fee is due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
The Information Technology Fee covers: Student Data Processing, Renweb access and Grade Reporting on Canvas Learning Management System, School Pass, Computer Fees, Video Production Equipment, school issued iPad rental, iPad support expenses, maintenance of technology infrastructure and Parent/Student Handbook maintenance. iPad Expenses are not included in the IT Fee. Student iPads that are damaged or broken will incur a one-time $50.00 fee for replacement. Lost or stolen iPads are not covered and will be charged $400 for replacement.
The Senior Fee applies only to seniors. Graduation covers items, such as, caps and gowns, awards, rehearsal breakfast, diplomas, diploma covers, cords, and venue. KAIROS is a faith-formation tradition. This overnight retreat is an opportunity for students to deepen their relationships with God and one another. This fee is applied at the time of enrollment, is spread out through each students payment plan and is non-refundable.
The Athletic Fee covers items, such as, athletic trainer, coaching stipends, league fees, CIF athletic accounting and fees, referee fees, game transportation, and other expenses that arise during each season. This fee is added at the time of enrollment. Students who do not participate in sports may request to opt out of the fee by contacting the Admissions Office.
The Annual Fund contribution provides supplemental financial support to the school in order to meet the specific needs of tuition assistance, educational expenses, and professional development. The Annual Fund includes, Bishops Golf Classic raffle tickets, Two tickets to the annual Fall Fling event.
*Other fees, such as, field trips, fundraising activities, and lab/class materials, textbook, are additional at each club/teachers discretion.

Notre Dame offers convenient, 0% interest payment plans through FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS provides a convenient dashboard where families can access, review, and manage their tuition accounts online.

Payment Plan Options
- Annual: One payment due by July 15th
- Monthly Plans: Payments are due on the 15th or 30th of each month
- 12-month payment plan: June-May
- 11-month payment plan: July-May

Tuition Assistance
At Notre Dame High School, we desire that every student receive a well-rounded Catholic education, and were are committed to providing tuition assistance to families in need. Notre Dame offers tuition reductions to families with demonstrated needs, and Awards will be based on such financial needs. Families may apply for tuition assistance through their FACTS account.
To apply for tuition assistance, please complete the FACTS Grant and Aid application by following the links below:
- Existing families, click here to log in to your FACTS Family Portal, go to Financial and then follow the link for "Apply for Grant & Aid".
- New families, click here to apply. A completed student application is required to be considered for financial assistance.
All required documents must be submitted before assistance processing and verification can be completed; please plan accordingly. Please note— that when applications/documents have been submitted, they must be verified by FACTS and may take at least two weeks to review the application. The deadline for financial assistance is May 15th of each calendar year for the upcoming school year.
Tuition Assistance is awarded each school year. Applicants must apply each school to be considered.
Scholarships
New and returning students are encouraged to apply for various scholarships at the start of registration each year.
Partner School Scholarships
Available to students currently enrolled in the Diocese of San Bernardino partner schools.
Bishop's Scholarship
Awarded to top-performing students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, faith leadership, and service within their school community.
Bishop's Endowment Scholarship
Presented to students showing strong academic promise and alignment with the values of Catholic education. Funded through diocesan support to continue the tradition of excellence in Catholic schooling.
Catholic Academic Decathlon Scholarship - $1,000
Recognizes students who have demonstrated intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and achievement through participation in the Academic Decathlon program.
Valedictorian Scholarship - $1,000
Granted to students graduating as Valedictorian from our partner Catholic elementary school, honoring their academic excellence and leadership.
Scholarships for All Titans
Available to students applying from all schools, including public, private, charter, or homeschool programs.
Johnson Scholarship
A four-year renewable scholarship beginning in the freshman year. Awarded to incoming ninth-grade students who demonstrate strong academic potential, leadership qualities, and a commitment to Notre Dame’s mission and values.
This scholarship is not available to transfer students.

Financial Assistance
Need-based tuition support is available to families who qualify through the FACTS Grant & Aid application process. Awards are determined by demonstrated financial need and available funding.

Diocesan Employee Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship is awarded to the students who are children of San Bernardino Diocese employees.
Notre Dame uses FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and other fees. Through FACTS, eligible families can apply for convenient tuition payment plans and manage their account throughout the year.
