Our Campus Ministry is a special group of students that work to serve the spiritual needs of our students. They strive to serve the spiritual needs of our students. Their goal is the help nurture their peers in their spiritual growth and they work constantly helping to enhance our students' relationship with the Lord through various retreats, school wides masses, and service in the community.
Your student will be able to join the theology course during their sophomore year in order to start their journey to becoming a peer minister their junior year.
Once their sophomore year is over, they will be asked again if they would like to continue working towards becoming apart of the peer ministry team. If so, they will then proceed to turn in an application that would be reviewed by our Campus Minister.
Being apart of peer ministry would entail a significant amount of commitment from each student. Your student would be responsible to attend their theology class on a regular basis as well as any meetings outside of class that is set by the group.
Other activities would include planning and directing school retreats, putting together masses for their peers, and possibly working to serve the community of Riverside outside of school.
